To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase and provide proof of purchase. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team at finance@raymondbotany.com

Once we receive your refund request, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

Any course returned after 30 days of purchase is not eligible for a refund.
